GOP Lawmaker Has PERFECT Gift Idea For Hillary’s Future Cellmate.
Usually, when someone runs for president and fails twice they tend to fade away into the sunset; Hillary Clinton has not gotten that memo.
That being said, she is the type of person that while she craves attention like plants crave sunlight you can make a reasonable argument in about five seconds of discussion that none of the attention right now is any of the attention that she should want.
As of early January, failed 2016 Democrat presidential nominee and former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton was facing three concurrent investigations and slated to soon be involved in a fourth one as well.
Enter Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz, a Florida Republican who late last week shared a hilarious joke about Clinton’s current disposition.
“(W)e have Hillary Clinton dealing with investigations cascading down on her like it’s a bomb cyclone,” he told Fox News’ host Tucker Carlson, according to Breitbart.
“I think the day’s coming soon, Tucker, when we’ll be sending an ‘I’m with her’ T-shirt to Hillary Clinton’s cellmate.”
Fast-forward to 4:55 mark in the video below to hear his joke, or simply watch the entire segment and learn more about the four investigations into Clinton.
The first investigation pertains to the Clinton Foundation.
The Hill reported that President Donald Trump’s Justice Department “has launched a new inquiry into whether the Clinton Foundation engaged in any pay-to-play politics or other illegal activities while Hillary Clinton served as secretary of State.”
The second investigation concerns Clinton’s involvement with the Uranium One deal. Conservatives have long believed Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, accepted bribes and kickbacks from Russia in order to fast-track a deal that handed a large chunk of the United States’ uranium supply to the Russians.
According to The Daily Wire, “Attorney General Jeff Sessions ordered federal prosecutors at the DOJ in December to begin interviewing FBI agents about the evidence they collected during a criminal investigation into the controversial Uranium One deal.”
The third investigation concerns allegations Clinton played a role in the Obama administration’s decision to reportedly nix an investigation into Hezbollah for fear of derailing the then-president’s misguided nuclear deal with Iran.
“(T)here is a suspicion that the State Department led by Hillary Clinton had a role in limiting the American people’s access to information about Hezbollah being funded and their operations in this country because they wanted the Iranian nuclear deal so bad,” Gaetz explained to Tucker last week.
“(T)hey didn’t want us focusing on the fact that Iran has funded over 100 mosques in South America to recruit people and then to send them to the United States to do harm.”
